What happened

Lightning struck the roof of a crude-oil storage tank at the Thai Oil refinery in Si Racha, Chonburi, during a thunderstorm, igniting a fire on the tank lid. The refinery's emergency crews contained the fire with foam. Thai Oil said there were no injuries, no structural failure of the tank, and no interruption to production. This is an accidental, non-hostile incident, not an attack.
