UKMTO said no damage or environmental impact had been reported and authorities were investigating. The vessel's name, class, cargo, crew status, exact position, projectile type and attacker were not disclosed. This is a distinct advisory from Warning 134-26, which concerned a strike first reported on 12 September, but the limited identification means the reports cannot yet be proven to involve different physical vessels.
