What happened

DTEK said three of its thermal power plants were attacked with dozens of missiles and drones overnight into 3 November, that the destruction was extensive and that the stations had ceased electricity generation. DTEK did not name the plants or their regions. Separately, Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov reported a hit on a thermal power plant in the city’s Samarskyi district; it is not established whether that is one of the three DTEK plants. The marker is a national aggregate reference, not a plant location.
