Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces commander Robert Brovdi reported that Ukrainian forces struck the Gubkinskaya oil depot near Dolgoye in Belgorod Oblast on 26 September. ISW recorded the Ukrainian claim but did not report independent Russian confirmation or verified damage effects. Russia's emergency-services registry identifies the Gubkinskaya depot as an RN-Chernozemye facility in the village of Dolgoye, while an industry directory describes a 13-tank road-and-rail transshipment depot with approximately 13,700 cubic metres of storage. Those specifications describe the facility and do not establish that any of its capacity was damaged or taken offline. The marker uses published coordinates for Dolgoye because an impact coordinate was not available.
