What happened

Rostov Oblast governor Yury Slyusar said drones were destroyed over Taganrog and the Kagalnitsky and Neklinovsky districts during an overnight aerial attack. Falling drone debris damaged administrative buildings at an oil depot in Kagalnitsky District. The governor reported no fire or casualties, and emergency services responded at the site. Public reporting did not identify the depot, its operator, storage capacity or exact location, and did not report damage to tanks, fuel stocks or transfer equipment. It also did not establish an operational interruption.
