What happened

Witness footage and open-source geolocation reporting indicated a substantial fire at or immediately around the Volodarskaya line production and dispatch station near Konstantinovo during a mass overnight drone attack on Moscow Oblast. ASTRA assessed the imagery as showing a fire at the LPDS, while Exilenova+ relayed witness reports that two storage tanks were burning. Russian officials confirmed the much wider drone attack but had not publicly confirmed an impact at the station, and no reviewed Ukrainian authority had formally claimed this particular strike. The available imagery supports a significant fire in the facility area but does not by itself establish the weapon, attacker, number of damaged tanks, product loss or operating impact. The marker represents the reported facility locality and is not a verified impact coordinate.
