What happened

A rocket struck a liquid-storage tank at Khor Mor at about 23:30, starting a fire and forcing production to stop. No personnel were injured. The interruption cut power generation across the Kurdistan Region by about 80 percent. Dana Gas reported that normal production was restored on 3 December. Its later annual report assessed the tank and associated piping, pipe racks, electrical and instrumentation equipment inside and around the bund wall as a total loss, with an initial damage estimate of US$12.27 million.
