What happened
An electrical-room fire at a petroleum depot disabled pumps supplying crude to its connected refinery. As a precaution, the primary crude-feed pump was stopped while gravity feed continued at a lower-than-normal rate. Refinery firefighters extinguished the main fire by 10:40 using carbon-dioxide extinguishers.
