What happened
UNN, citing monitoring channels, reports that Ladyzhyn was hit most intensely in Russia’s overnight attack on 3 November, with about 20 cruise missiles and 4 ballistic missiles reportedly directed at the area; the missile count is unconfirmed. Russia’s Defence Ministry listed the 1,800 MW Ladyzhyn TPP among its targets. Ukraine’s Energy Ministry named Vinnytsia among the worst-affected regions, and DTEK said three of its thermal plants stopped generating without naming them; no source reviewed confirms Ladyzhyn is one of the three. Damage at the plant has not been officially described.
