What happened
gCaptain reports UKMTO saying a southeast-bound tanker was struck by two unidentified projectiles on its port side about 72 nautical miles east of Ras Al Khafji at 23:47 UTC on 1 November. All crew were accounted for and no fire or environmental impact was reported. House of Saud, citing UKMTO incident 192-26, places the position close to the Saudi–Kuwaiti maritime boundary and notes a Maritime Executive identification of the vessel as Largo Atom that UKMTO did not confirm.
