What happened

Ukrinform and UA.NEWS report DTEK saying several of its energy facilities in Dnipropetrovsk region came under attack on the morning of 6 November, damaging equipment and causing a fire. DTEK said restoration work was under way and that earlier strikes on the same facilities had taken up to three days to repair. The facilities were not named and no casualties or outage figures were given. This is distinct from the three DTEK thermal plants halted on 3 November and from Russia's claimed Dnipropetrovsk 330 kV substation strike on 5 November. The marker is an area approximation for the region.
