Perm Krai Governor Dmitry Makhonin confirmed that drones struck two industrial facilities in the region but did not name them. Footage and reporting by the Russian outlet Astra identified one affected site as Uralchem's Azot plant in Berezniki. Plant employees told Astra that explosions stopped production, while residents reported a chemical smell and local reports described school and clinic disruptions. Uralchem had not publicly confirmed the strike consequences in the reviewed reporting, and no independent assessment established the equipment damaged, duration of any shutdown, casualties or chemical release. Ukraine's president later acknowledged strikes on chemical-industry facilities in Perm and Samara without naming individual targets.
