What happened

JMIC Update 105 explicitly maps EVER VICT to Warning 169; its public copy is marked DRAFT. UKMTO separately confirms the notice and date. IMO records damage, two injured people and no pollution. UKMTO initially described injuries as unconfirmed and the vessel as not under command; the later IMO injury count is retained. This distinct notice was previously bundled in another tanker summary. Vessel identity does not establish responsibility. No reusable photograph of the verified vessel was established. Updated on 25 October 2026, 01:10 UTC+0.

When cited sources give different casualty, damage or spill figures for this event, they’re reported side by side above rather than merged into one number. See how confidence levels work.
