What happened
Saudi-led coalition spokesman Maj. Gen. Turki al-Malki said the Houthis launched renewed ballistic-missile and drone attacks against Khamis Mushait, Abha and Jazan on 9 September. Saudi civil-defence authorities issued an all-clear after an emergency alert in Khamis Mushait; Reuters reported that it was the fourth alert there within 24 hours. The official statements confirmed a distinct follow-on attack wave but did not disclose projectile counts, successful impacts, casualties, damage or a specific energy facility affected. This record therefore documents the renewed barrage without inferring that the earlier Jizan Bulk Plant fire recurred or that any named base or oil installation was struck. The marker represents the wider affected region rather than an impact coordinate.
