What happened

Kyiv Post reports explosions and a fire attributed to a Ukrainian drone strike. ASTRA identified the refinery from reader-supplied photographs. The reviewed report does not establish which equipment was damaged, current throughput, casualties or the fire’s duration. Earlier unit shutdowns described in the article concern April, not verified losses from this event. This record is distinct from the August strike on the same facility.

When cited sources give different casualty, damage or spill figures for this event, they’re reported side by side above rather than merged into one number. See how confidence levels work.
