What happened

Odesa regional governor Oleh Kiper said a Russian jet-powered drone struck an unidentified enterprise in Odesa Oblast and damaged three road tanker trucks, starting a fire that emergency responders extinguished. Ukraine's public broadcaster Suspilne separately reported the same official account and published aftermath images. No deaths or injuries were reported. The enterprise, precise location, vehicle cargoes, damage extent and operational impact were not disclosed. The marker is a regional reference and does not imply that the site was an oil terminal, fuel depot or filling station. This physical strike is separate from the large Odesa electricity outage reported earlier on 19 September.
