What happened

AFP reports Houthi officials saying Saudi-led coalition strikes hit Ras Isa port in Hodeidah province, wounding four civilians according to the Houthi health ministry. The coalition said it carried out a precision operation against vital resources used by the Houthis but did not name sites. Damage to the port’s fuel-handling facilities is not described. Ras Isa is Yemen’s main Red Sea fuel-import terminal; the marker is the existing terminal reference.
