Ukraine's Khorne Group military unit claimed a strike on a military train carrying fuel, lubricants and equipment at the railway station in Salsk, Rostov Oblast, hitting two tank cars and the locomotive. Russian regional reporting said the strike delayed at least 18 passenger trains by more than seven hours. No casualties were reported.
